The sharp blade geometry cuts through fibers, strings, plastic pieces and other contaminants in the stock, eliminating leakage risk on closure. This solves the clogging and leakage problems that conventional ball and butterfly valves suffer with fibrous fluids such as pulp.
A special seat sealing system in the blade housing keeps the valve leak-tight under high pressure in both open and closed positions. Manual operation requires no electrical or pneumatic infrastructure, offering easy maintenance and operational security.
