EP Type Pumps

Bearings & Shaft
Şaft, yağ haznesi olan gövdenin iki tarafından eksenel ve radyal yükleri alabilecek şekilde yataklanmıştır. Gövde, çalışma esnasında vibrasyon olmaması için özel şekillendirilmiştir. Pompanın salmastra yuvasında şaftın hasarlanmaması için mil koruma kovanı geçirilmiştir.
Design
EP type pumps deliver high efficiency through their single-stage construction and application-specific design. The two-block construction of bearing housing and volute allows fast maintenance without dismantling the suction and discharge lines. Wear plates (front and rear covers) and a special suction inlet design give the volute a long service life.

Impeller
The impeller is of open and semi-open type with three vanes. The wide liquid passage eliminates the risk of clogging and particle build-up.
