Our Machine Park
From pulper bodies to pump impellers, we machine every part in our own workshop. The sheet below shows the actual working envelopes of the machines at our İzmit facility — the largest diameters, lengths and axis travels we can handle — drawn to scale.
All dimensions are in millimetres; envelope drawings are to scale relative to each other.
Turning
Three separate turning lines for large-diameter shafts, rolls and rotor bodies.
Conventional Lathe
The largest of our turning lines for heavy bodies and long shafts; machines up to Ø840 mm and 3 metres in a single set-up.
- Swing diameter
- Ø 840 mm
- Turning length
- 3.000 mm
Conventional Lathe
Two identical machines share the load of mid-size shaft, sleeve and flange work.
- Swing diameter
- Ø 500 mm
- Turning length
- 2.000 mm
- Units
- 2
CNC Lathe
CNC-controlled turning for repeat precision work and tight-tolerance parts.
- Swing diameter
- Ø 500 mm
- Turning length
- 750 mm
CNC Machining Centres
Four axis envelopes for machining bodies, covers and plates — from bridge-type to compact vertical.
Bridge-Type CNC Machining
Wide-table bridge construction; machines large plates and bodies in one set-up.
- Axis travel
- X 2.000 · Y 1.500 · Z 750 mm
CNC Vertical Machining
The centre that carries the main load of long body and cover machining.
- Axis travel
- X 1.750 · Y 850 · Z 900 mm
Vertical Machining
A two-metre X axis and a full metre of Z depth for bulky parts.
- Axis travel
- X 2.000 · Y 800 · Z 1.000 mm
CNC Vertical Machining
A centre reserved for speed and repeatability on compact parts.
- Axis travel
- X 1.100 · Y 650 · Z 650 mm
Precision Cutting, Welding & Balancing
We do not only machine the part; cutting, joining and balancing happen under the same roof.
Wire EDM
Sharp internal corners and hardened materials that cutting tools cannot reach are cut by wire.
- Table
- 320 × 200 mm
- Max. cutting thickness
- 400 mm
- Taper angle
- ± 6°
Welding Station
Three processes on stainless and carbon steel; the joining side of fabrication stays in-house.
- Processes
- TIG · MAG · MIG
Vertical Balancing Machine
Every rotor we machine is balanced on our own machine before dispatch.
- Rotor weight
- 5–100 kg
- Max. rotor diameter
- Ø 800 mm
If your part fits these envelopes, let’s talk.
Send us your dimensions and our engineers will tell you the same day which machine — and which tolerance — your part calls for.
