Description
Manufactured by ENMAK Makina, pulp bale conveyors are high-capacity handling systems that feed pulp bales to the stock preparation lines of paper mills continuously, regularly and safely. Custom-built in capacities of 4 to 12 bales and various sizes to match your line’s feeding needs, our conveyors are engineered around your mill’s production speed and stock preparation capacity. Built with engineering expertise dating back to 1975, they secure the continuity of your paper production line with a durable structure and low maintenance requirements.
Working Principle
Pulp bale conveyors work on the principle of transferring bales from the warehouse or bale stock area to the pulper system or stock preparation tank at regular intervals. Placed at the conveyor infeed by forklift or loading platform, the bales advance in sequence and are released to the process inlet on a programmed schedule matched to the line’s stock demand.
Conveyor speed is adjustable through a frequency-controlled drive, keeping feed rate synchronised with pulper capacity. Carrying 4 to 12 bales on the line, our conveyors provide extended automatic feeding without constant operator loading.
Equipped with side guides that prevent bales from falling, an anti-slip surface design and safety sensors, the system protects both operator safety and conveying continuity.
Key Features
- 4 to 12 Bale Capacity Options
Custom-built in 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 bale capacities to match your mill’s stock preparation speed and pulper capacity. - Uninterrupted Feeding
A programmable drive releases bales to the pulper at regular intervals; operator intervention drops to a minimum and the line runs without interruption. - Frequency-Controlled Speed
Conveyor speed is adjusted via a frequency inverter according to the line’s stock demand — full synchronisation between the pulper and the feed rate. - Durable Steel Construction
A high-strength steel chassis and reinforced structure withstand heavy bale loads, operating for years under continuous load without deformation. - Safe Conveying with Side Guides
Guide walls on both sides prevent bales from sliding or falling — protecting operator safety and product integrity. - Designed for Your Mill
Length, width, capacity and loading height are engineered to your plant layout, bale dimensions and pulper position. - Low Maintenance, Long Life
Motors and gearboxes compatible with standard spares make maintenance quick and easy; wear parts ship fast from our stock.
Applications
Pulp bale conveyors are used in every paper and board mill where pulp bales must be transferred to the process line regularly and without interruption during stock preparation. They are an indispensable handling system for modern mills with high-capacity pulper feeding needs.
Main application areas:
- Paper Mills
The main handling system on pulper feed lines in white paper, tissue, napkin, newsprint and specialty paper mills producing from virgin pulp. - Board & Corrugated Plants
On test liner, fluting, white board and corrugated production lines, transferring pulp and long-fiber bales to the stock preparation tank at regular intervals. - Recycling & Mixed Paper Plants
Preferred in plants running pulp bales alongside mixed recovered paper, improving the efficiency of the raw material feed line. - High-Capacity Pulper Lines
Used wherever continuously running, high-capacity hydrapulper systems require automatic feeding without operator intervention. - Specialty Paper Lines
The ideal solution for controlled feeding of premium pulp bales in mills producing filter paper, banknote paper, packaging paper and similar specialty grades.
